Data collected
Name, email, phone (optional), type of event, date, place, number of guests, format of interest and the message you send us.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — pre-contractual measures), on the basis of the consent given when submitting the form.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the statutory tax and civil law periods.
Recipients
Data is sent by email to our mailbox through our email provider (Aruba S.p.A.), acting as data processor. The site is hosted by Netlify. No data is passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data at any time by writing to info@realiagin.com.
